Big life change! We moved from buzzing, entertaining Gastown in Vancouver to Ten Mile Point, in Victoria, surrounded by nature (and deer). We lived in Gastown for ten years and had so much fun. Check out our photos, featuring our urban home and amazing views that had us grabbing our cameras. It was inspirational and super convenient. We didn't have a car and we walked everywhere — to restaurants, theatres, and shops. This is where we lived, and we loved it!

DESCRIPTION
West Coast Modern masterpiece in Vancouver’s historic Gastown. 1800 sq ft Penthouse for Sale

Live at the Top of Gastown with Ocean, Mountain and City Views.

Designed by award-winning architect Nigel Parish of Splyce Design. This rare 1800 sq ft penthouse loft in Vancouver's historic Gastown offers panoramic views of the North Shore mountains and Burrard Inlet, plus a main-floor deck and a private rooftop deck with firepits—perfect for entertaining under the stars.

Originally two apartments, the space was combined by architect Nigel Parrish into a seamless West Coast Modern home. Design-forward features include:
• Two bedrooms plus den

• Kolbe double-hung windows to match the historic Gastown style

• Automated sun + privacy blinds

• Main-floor deck with panoramic views

Owned by a pair of artists/authors, this home has been a creative sanctuary and the site of rooftop fundraisers, song premieres, and award-winning writing. Located in vibrant Gastown, steps from Vancouver’s waterfront, galleries, and restaurants.
